TERMS:

Orders under $100 must be paid in full at time of order. All others require a 25% deposit. Check or money order accepted. Shipping cost is 15% of order plus $5.00 per box charge, amount to be determined once order had been packed. Payment is due in full prior to shipment. If your order is to be picked up, please confirm pick up date one week in advance. All orders should designate the desired date of shipment. If not indicated, the shipment will be made at our discretion.

CLAIMS:

All orders are accepted subject to prior sales, crop injury, inventory errors or loss beyond our control. Upon receiving your order, please unpack and report any damage to us immediately. Claims in writing must be made within 3 working days after arrival to be considered valid. Our liability does not exceed the original purchase price. Shipments travel at the risk and expense of the purchaser.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

We guarantee that a healthy nursery stock, true to name, is freshly boxed and should arrive in excellent condition. Survival of our large shade trees, large conifers, and transplant stock is guaranteed to survive through its first growing season. Any claims must be accompanied by completely dead stock and original sales receipt. Our warranty does not cover insect damage. Inspect plants before making a claim.

SALES TAX:

Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% will be charged to all Wisconsin residents unless a Wisconsin re-sale certificate is provided at time of sale or is on file with us.
